The Indian Creek Festival is a celebration of the economic and aesthetic resurrection of Caldwell City Center including the daylighting and restoration of Indian Creek and redevelopment of the downtown to create a great place to live, work, play and shop.

 This year's 2009 Festival will be the seventh annual celebration, marking the completion of the Indian Creek Project restoration project through the downtown.

The completion of the creek restoration will signal the beginning of the redevelopment of the City Center that will reestablish the downtown as the focal point of the community.
