The Indian Creek Festival is a celebration of the ongoing economic and aesthetic resurrection of Caldwell City Center. The 2010 Festival welcomes the completion and Grand Opening of Treasure Valley Community College's new Campus on the Creek. Festivities this year will include the Collegiate Night Dance on Friday, September 17th to welcome students back to Caldwell from the city's two colleges, College of Idaho and Treasure Valley Community College.

 The 2010 Festival is a full day of fun and activities. All day entertainment on two stages, Tug of War over the Creek and the annual Cardboard Kayak Regatta are just a few of the activities that go into the largest of Caldwell's many events.

Started as a celebration marking the beginning of the Indian Creek Restoration project through Caldwell's downtown, the Festival now celebrates the completion of the project and the continuation of the greater revitalization of Caldwell's core.
